Many children are afraid to sleep alone. Despite words of reassurance from parents, constant checking under the bed and making sure the doors are locked, some children only seem reassured by a parent present in their room, or lying snuggled next to them. Perhaps your child is now in the habit of only sleeping in your room and no matter what you do they just won’t sleep alone. Has this sleep problem started to disrupt your family life? The sleep package is designed to help your child feel secure and able to relax knowing that they are safe sleeping in their own bed. It contains techniques proven to help your child develop positive associations to their bed and sleep. We provide a two-week programme for you to follow, explaining when and how to implement the changes. Suitable for children of primary age.
This package is not suitable for children experiencing severe anxiety or those with mental health issues. It is advisable to consult a doctor or counsellor if this is the case.
