These programmes are tailor-made and personalised for each family, using a range of different sleep-training techniques. In line with your own preferences, beliefs and goals we aim to equip you with the necessary skills and confidence to install these and change your child’s sleeping patterns. We focus on appropriate routines, nutrition, sleep environments and developmental needs, to help foster healthy sleep patterns. We are aware that when one family member is not sleeping well, the entire household can become affected, therefore we strongly believe in a holistic approach, taking into account all the family’s individual needs.
Once purchased we will arrange a suitable time to carry out a telephone consultation with you, lasting around 45 minutes to an hour. During this call we will ask a series of questions and learn as much as we can from you about your family, parenting preferences and the issues you are facing. Within 48 hours from the consultation we will then email you a detailed personalised programme to follow, with step by step implementation guidance.
*For those not in the United Kingdom we create the same personalised plan for you, but instead can email you a questionnaire to fill in, in place of the telephone consultation.
We then provide two weeks of daily emails, supporting you whilst you implement the changes. We can answer any questions, tweak anything if and when necessary and offer you constant guidance and motivation to continue.
