Work with us!

At The Children’s Wellness Centre, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, child-focused therapy environment where children and families feel supported every step of the way. Our team brings together skilled therapists and specialists who understand the unique emotional, developmental, and therapeutic needs of children. We believe that children thrive when they are supported by compassionate, knowledgeable professionals who create safe, positive spaces for growth, healing, and confidence-building.

We are always looking to expand our therapeutic offering and welcome new ideas from experienced practitioners who are passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing. If you have a therapy service, intervention, or workshop you would like to offer at our Centre, we would love to hear from you.

Current Vacancies: June 2026

Therapy Room Setup Assistant (Morning Shift): This role involves supporting the daily preparation of therapy spaces from 8:00–9:00am (one hour per day) ensuring all rooms are tidy, organised, and fully equipped for upcoming sessions. Responsibilities include setting up furniture and materials, checking supplies, and maintaining a calm, welcoming environment for therapists and clients. Attention to detail and reliability are key to helping the day run smoothly from the very start.

Wednesday Clinic Coordinator: This one-day-per-week role (9:00am–7:00pm) focuses on supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Responsibilities include assisting with general operations, acting as a key point of contact throughout the day, and taking accurate phone messages to pass on to the manager. The role suits someone organised, reliable, and comfortable handling basic administrative tasks in a busy clinical environment.

Bank Clinic Coordinator (Ad-hoc Cover): This role provides flexible, as-needed cover to support the smooth running of the clinic during staff absence or busy periods. Responsibilities mirror those of the core coordinator role, including overseeing the day-to-day flow of the clinic, supporting therapists, and taking and relaying phone messages to the manager. This is a purely ad-hoc position with no guaranteed hours, making it ideal for someone reliable and adaptable who may not want or be able to commit to regular working hours, but is able to step in at short notice to ensure continuity of care and a consistent experience for children and families.

Cleaner (part time). Flexible with days, but hours must be pre 9am, or post 8pm.
